The foundation of the counseling process is to capitalize on and develop the client's own resources and potential.

I am a neutral and impartial person.

 

I support my clients in investigating problem situations and facilitate the exploration of potential solutions for the regulation of dysfunctions in personal and socio-professional relationships.

 

I stimulate the identification and choice of the optimal solution by each client for himself, to reduce the level of stress, remove confusion, accumulated tensions and temporary blockages induced in personal evolution.

 

My intervention as a specialist consists in accompanying, supporting and encouraging the client, through specific techniques and tools.

 

The aim is to probe and reveal customers' own capabilities and resources and to raise awareness of critical points and opportunities to overcome inappropriate situations.

 

Agreement to support customers to explore alternatives for future evolution based on their own potential, their individual characteristics, needs and aspirations expressed.

 

Also, in the counseling, the identified deficiencies will be corrected and the constructive approach of the modalities of involvement, relationship and action at individual level or as a part within some groups for their functioning, unitary and harmonious will be established.
